CHALLENGE participant eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 14 years old to enter. If under 18 years of age, participants must have written permission from their parent or legal guardian.
• Participants’ registration fee must be paid in order to participate in the CHALLENGE.
• Before and after photographs and videos are not required to participate in the CHALLENGE, but they are an essential requirement to be considered in the selection of one of its winners.

CHALLENGE official rules

• Winners will be chosen by a panel of qualified judges. Judges will select the best overall transformations, which may include weight loss, increased muscle mass, and/or increased muscle tone and definition.
• We do not support or encourage any extreme or unhealthy diet methods that may put participants’ health at risk.
• We will follow up weekly to ensure that participants are equipped with the best tools and information to achieve the desired goal following healthy and safe transformation methods.
• Anyone interested in participating in the challenge must complete a participation agreement prior to entering and must also acknowledge and agree to the official rules.
• Participation Fee: There is a minimum fee of $177.00 USD to participate in the challenge. Registration fee includes: a variety of nutritional products as well as services including but not limited to workouts, group tracking, inspiration and motivation, live and recorded connections.
• The total prize pool will be variable with a maximum of $5,000.00 USD or $10,000.00 USD depending on the country you live in. The prize money will be distributed among the first categories. No prize will exceed $2,500.00 USD.

• Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participant, printing, typographical or other errors or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Challenge; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, failures, interruptions or disconnections in telephone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Challenge; (4) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Challenge, the announcement of the prizes or in any materials related to the Challenge; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail or emails; (6) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the participant’s participation in the Challenge or the receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel / activity related to it) or (7) any interruption or postponement, cancellation or modification of the prize or Challenge. The Challenge Coordinator is not responsible for any technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or any combination thereof.
